7:00pm - 8:00pm (NEW CLASS)
Sat:
7:00am - 8:00am

Class Guidelines

Check In: Participants are to check in at Reception, hand in membership card or pay casual fee before attending Class or Gym.

Hygiene: Please bring and use a towel for everyone's comfort while training in Gym and Classes.

Arrival Time: Please be on time as warm up is important to avoid injury.

Boxing & Gym Area: Please return all equipment used to its appropriate place.

Changes: Classes are subject to change at various times throughout the year.
